Congratulations to Jason Hynd who has regained his solo vets title at Glentress 7. After a silver last year Jason put in a blistering 10 laps to beat last year's champion Gordon Dickson into 2nd place by a whopping 25 minutes.
The MTBG trio of Nick Piper, Tom Ownsworth and Sophie Ingleby also made the podium in the mixed category although their final placing wasn't clear due to a timing mix up.
MTBG's Mike Coward also had a cracking race riding as a pair with British Cycling's Dan Small but again their finishing position is not yet confirmed due to technical issues with timing.
As modelled by a certain Mr Danny Hart....
“The best laid schemes of mice and men, go often awry, and leave us nothing but grief and pain”.
Great blog from race team member Jason Hynd on juggling the demands of family life and work commitments alongside riding his bike (fast).

All funds raised by SingletrAction are invested back into the trails to cover tools and hardcore. Check out the rides & events page for the next dig day.
